The first repair I had done was hundreds of dollars over the estimate and a couple days later than planned on for getting my car back. I understand sometimes things don't go as planned, but Al was not good at returning phone calls and keeping me in the loop as to what was going on with the delays. I found this lack of effort surprising. The second repair I had done was over budget again, but this time it was done in a timely manner. Another issue that was correlated to the second repair resulted in a diagnostic charge that a didn't ask for or authorize. That was highly irritating. All in all the customer service i experienced was subpar in my opinion. On a positive note their work on the car was good and I was satisfied with that.
